                  Our Rentals include: Up to $100 in electricity usage, WIFI, cable access and Internet, water usage and all the amenities of the Park. Some amenities have additional fees to join the club/group to participate. Golf packages are available at the Golf Shop. There will be a cleaning fee of $150-200  and $100-200 electric deposit. The only other fee is the RCBHO fee of $35, for admin.
